Q1: Are your items brand new?

A: All items are guaranteed brand new. We do not sell any used items, or factory defects.

Q2: If we send the wrong item, you should take a picture of the item sent to our email first.

A: Please sent a picture of the items you order to our email if you find your received products is not the same as the ordered one, and we will give you exchange after confirmation it.

Q3: What are your methods of payment?

A: We accept credit cards. Notice: All prices are listed in US $.

Q4: How about the delay?

A: We will avoid delay to our best ability. And we will contact you immediately if there is any significant delay with your order, while keep contacting you from the time your order is placed.

Q5: I am looking for Monster  Headphone but it is not listed on your site, could you provide them?

A: If you are looking for other style which is not displayed on our site, you can tell us which one you like, and we can supply most of them to you.

Q6: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship to almost all countries. We ship Monster products to 76 countries worldwide.

Q7: About cancel the order and refund.

A: If you want to cancel the order and refund, we need to deduct 5% of the payments in the amount, because it is the handling charged by credit card companies from bank.

Q8: What should I do if my order never arrived?

A: Click the "My Account / Order Status" link of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of your orders have shipped already. If your order displays your package has been sent, and you don’t receive it in 2 weeks. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Q9: When will my credit appear on my account?

A: Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Q10: Are your products guaranteed?

A: All of our products are from Original Equipment Manufacturer, quality is top. And I believe you will like it when you receive it, and you will also introduce customer for us.

Q11: Why are your items so cheap compared to other sites, are you guys legit?

Q12: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is displayed. We will try our best to ensure 100% accuracy about our stock. If the product you order is out of stock, of course this situation is seldom. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
